Here I am in the present day where I can say I am happy and at peace with my results. However, I do want to say to anyone who is looking at the post considering any of the procedures I had above: There are still some things I wish I knew before going into surgery, like my submandibular glands are a bit larger and I'm not going to get that snatched jawline after my surgery. In fact, I still have a bit of noticeable fat when I lower my chin because shaving down my jaw meant the area under my chin looked more prominent due to my submandibular glands that liposuction will not fix.
