Now on day 2, I'm just amazed that I actually have 380cc implants in me! Still surreal. I wasn't going for the porn star look anyway - just wanted to look proportional to my height and shoulders, and I think we nailed it. I'll keep updating this thread as I heal. Happy to answer any questions, especially from other trans women considering this journey. The research phase can be so overwhelming, so I want to pay it forward!
