I'm about five months out now and the results settled around month three. I look rested in a way I haven't in probably ten years and I've had people who know me well ask what I've been doing differently. I've told a few of them. I don't regret the surgery and I think for me the quiet and the structure of that recovery environment was actually part of what made it work.
