It looks quite different but looks more natural and fit my face. If you are considering hump rhinoplasty and tip plasty, I recommend it. It was worth to me. I didn't want to use the silicone but my septal cartialge was small, Doctor didn't use any implant for my bridge and I chose donor rib for tip plasty.
