10-month update after CPC (Sinsang's double-chin contouring: subcutaneous fat removal, platysma tightening, behind-the-ear fixation), mini facelift, and neck lift. Happy overall, especially the improvement to face/jawline; results have settled naturally. Skipped the additionally recommended Neck Reduction 1 procedure; still has some fullness/softness under the chin and would like a sharper neck-to-jaw angle. Considering returning to Dr. Lee for a revision/secondary procedure (possibly Neck Reduction 1) since he already knows her anatomy.

[ Final Results ]
I am happy with the results and the changes to my eyes, my nose and my face. I am happy I still look like me but a younger and improved and not a completely different person. My skin is looking nice and much more even than before. I have acne scars and they look better and less noticeable, but they are still there. That fat graft helps making my face look fuller and younger. But I feel like many has died and not as much has survived as I had hoped.
