Comparing this to my awake Vaser lipo (for my arms) experience was interesting. For LAMS you are wide awake, no painkillers or sedation. For lipo the clinic in bkk gave me a cocktail of anti anxiety, sedating and painkilling pills first which made me quite drowsy and out of it before injecting me with the local anesthesia. Although vaser is more invasive, I was SUPER out of it which made the pain significantly less. One thing I will say is I LOVE not having to wear a compression garment after LAMS. After lipo that was my least favourite part as it's so uncomfortable, but you definitely get m
