    So far, the different areas affected by surgery appear to be recovering well, and I have not noticed anything visibly concerning. ARC Plastic Surgery has also continued to stay in contact with me after I returned home, following my recovery through photographs, facial CT scans and ongoing communication.     my face pre surgery looks more similar to my post op :) which is why I am extremely happy now and was very depressed with the first one causing a lot of BDD symptoms and mental health to decline. bc it's real ptsd, you've had your face reconstructed that left you looking worse off pre op and you live and walk around w the consequences of that everyday, ofc it'll be hard to accept for anyone going through it ! i got a revision because the aesthetics but also qualified for it because the original functional concerns were not addressed w the first surgery ! original if I didn't qualify for a D

    The results, for their part, were quite mixed. While the cheekbone reduction was beautifully done, the lower face left me conflicted. My skin is naturally thin, and the extensive bone reduction led to unexpected sagging. For a long time, I thought that the fullness in my face was lingering swelling or misplaced fat from the tissues repositioning themselves in other areas of my face.
