They advised not to do micro needling because it is very painful and could make my type of scarring worse. They really wanted me to do CO2 Lasering but I had an on-site job I couldn't take time off of for recovery, so they recommended TRM Laser and Exosome (stem cell) injections where I can still go outside just with sunscreen/umbrella/face mask during the recovery time. They had an English translator any time I was there, her name was Emily and she was super nice and spoke very good, native sounding English.
