They first do a consultation in a private room with you. During that time, they will evaluate your skin concerns and give you suggestions. They also give you a price breakdown. You can remove or add a treatment then.
The english-speaking consultant was very kind - you will have most of your convos with her to understand your skin concerns and procedures before meeting the doctor. When I asked if they could recommend me a skin booster, they said it was up to me to decide. These was the only disappointing points as I was hoping the recommendations could be more tailored to my skin condition.
I made my appointment via WhatsApp and they require a USD 100 deposit which will be returned immediately once you complete your consultation and decide on your procedures. They have english speaking aesthetician which really takes her time to understand your skin concerns and advises on what you may want to try. I really like that there was no hard selling and the prices are very transparent.
