Actually what made me go for it for the first place is that it has no downtime at all , you literally can have it during your lunch break but I rather take my time so usually on Friday after work I go to the clinic, they take off all my makeup and start pampering my skin for about 2 hours , my face would be a little red afterwards but nothing major . the redness will disappear the next day leaving your face full of moisture and shine and the pores super clean. and all I do after that is make sure I drink lots of fresh orange/ grapefruit juices during the weekend and on Monday I only apply su
