    Still way too early to judge the final result, but so far I think the front view looks quite different from before. Would love to hear what you guys think. I know ear cartilage was used during my surgery, but I'm actually not 100% sure about the exact technique they used to lower the nostrils. I'll have to ask my surgeon at my follow-up! Yeah they gave you an infratip again, less nostril exposure and looks natural! (Comment) It looks good! Nostrils are barely showing and they will relax even more.     # TLDR: Despite some hiccups (missed stitch, inconsistent aftercare instructions, and higher-than-expected cost), I'm still happy I chose JW. My doctors were skilled, the staff were kind, and my results so far look natural and promising. Would I recommend them? Yes — but double-check your instructions, watch your stitches carefully, and push for clearer quotes upfront.     There are literally no scars left. I have faint bruising left on the right eye near the lash line but it'll probably be gone in a few days to a week or so. Also note the afters are only 16 days post op since I had my surgery done on June 4th. My surgery was performed by Dr. Kim (whom I had requested). He did a wonderful job and I am so happy! The clinic is very clean and organized and the staff are all very friendly and very well organized.
