We paid upfront for their advertised 1-day no-prep veneers + whitening package. The procedure was stopped midway and no veneers were ever placed — only whitening was done. When we asked for a refund for the services that were never rendered, the staff and managers became extremely hostile and rude. They gave multiple different excuses and refused to refund the unused portion.
