Day 7 Standard cleaning, partial suture removal with IV banana bag and some LED light therapy. Unfortunately the nurse couldn't remove the L posterior ear sutures and I would need to have them cut out in the US in about a week. Having the cast off was a big relief since I was getting so oily from not washing my face. I really like the bridge so far and the nasal tip with the graft was still very swollen. But the demarcation lines are notably reduced and everything looks very cohesive. Both surgeons quickly came in again to look at my healing and gave the blessing for me to go home and get m
