    When I saw my new CT scans, I almost cried with joy because my jaw was now perfectly balanced and in harmony with the rest of my face - the before had a flared base and was simply far too much and disrupted facial harmony.     I've attached my pre-op photos below along with a day-2 post-op photo for comparison. You can tell that while I'm still very swollen, my facial shape already looks quite smooth, and my chin has nice projection from the side. It's obviously way too early to judge final results, but so far everything has gone as smoothly as it possibly could, and I honestly have nothing to complain about so far regarding the recovery process.     Anyway, I am really really happy with my result! Since I was in Korea for an extended period this time around I was able to visit a few other clinics (visits for various non-invasive treatments AND post-op care visits for work I had done on previous trips lol), and some of them were able to see me both before and after my nose job, and 3 of the doctors made comments about how much my new nose improves my face hahah.     Results at 2 Months Post-Op: Swelling is still coming down, especially around the jawline and nose, but the changes are already noticeable. My side profile is way more defined, and my eyes look more open and refreshed without looking unnatural. The under eye fat grafting really helped smooth things out—I just look less tired.     1 year update (1/2026): Need DES revision + functional rhinoplasty. Overall not happy with the results. Swelling in my eyes resolved ~3 mo post-op. Eyelids still feel heavy and appear droopy, and visually my eyes look mostly the same as pre-op despite having ptosis correction, upper blepharoplasty, and partial fat removal. Main diff is that my right eye now has a double eyelid instead of a monolid, which I'm happy about, but the eyelid skin still droops over in the same way, so the original concern of sagginess is unresolved.     Overall experience: I would 100 percent recommend this for someone who doesn't have the time to do a liposuction and is looking for something that can give you subtle but still evident results.     Now, six days post-op, I'm still swollen, but I can already see a noticeable difference in my shape. The care and professionalism I received at 365mc Hospital were outstanding, just like during my previous visit for double chin and jawline liposuction.     2 weeks in: I'm still bruised up and swollen. My face does seem thinner, slightly gaunt even. My scalp is completely numb, but this seems normal as per my research, I hope the sensation returns over time. My eyes are definitely bigger, I technically didn't do any eyelid related surgeries so the result isn't as dramatic as I would have liked. Nose looks bad in its current state due to the swelling, it kinda looks like a pig's nose. I have faith it'll improve in time, so I shan't be impatient.
