    Approximately at least 70% of the fat survives after a month and they last semi-permanently. So I usually inject the 120% of planned fat and usually it becomes 90% in volume in a month. (Because I think a little bit natural form would be much better than over-filled look. But if the patient wants over-filled look, of course I try to inject upto 200% of average.) And at least after a month, if the patient want so add up more volume, I add up 30% amount of primarily grafted fat. I grafted the fat on her undereye~anterior cheek hollow area.     Six weeks out the swelling across the bridge has come down significantly. The tip is still slightly fuller than it will be at the end and I have been told that can take months.     Results + Before/After Photos Even with some swelling left, I can already see the changes and I love them! My nose looks balanced and natural, like something I could have been born with.
