The first time, the English-speaking Korean staff was impatient and condescending. She told me my English wasn't good enough and switched me to a Chinese translator — who was actually very professional and kind.

I've had sylfirm x, rejuran, juvelook, ldm all in one package done for 750usd but it was last year. To be honest, i didn't have noticeable results and didn't know much about the procedures but they kept pushing me to go with it.
I go to ppeum. I thought it was cheap and straight forward for things like facials, skin boosters and Botox because they can't mess up. They are factory style but never fail with the simple procedures.

Booking was very quick and easy, I booked a few hours in advance. It was very organized. I arrived at my appointment time and was pretty much seen within around 10-15 minutes of getting checked in. The check-in process was very smooth, I basically showed them my passport, they confirmed what I was getting, and I signed some forms and paid. I wasn't given a consultation.

I booked Ppeum last-minute (literally 15 minutes before the appt) for their SS Injection while I was in the area. I received an email from them so I headed to the clinic, thinking my appointment had been miraculously accepted so last-minute (spoiler alert, I was not, and I had to wait around 20 minutes for a consultation since I was considered a walk-in). I was seen for a consultation, and my lady first asked me what my goals were (waist line and lower abdomen). She then informed me that the SS injection I'd initially booked was only for small areas, and at minimum I'd have to get the Slim Cut
I walked in without appointment and waited around 30–45 minutes. It was very crowded and chaotic. I requested an English consultant but ended up speaking with a Chinese-speaking consultant instead. I understand simple Chinese, so I managed, but it wasn't ideal.
Fair enough. I've been there twice.. in Novemeber 2023 and this month.. I've had Rejuran, botox, fillers and tattoo removal done. Found it better than Lienjang.
