But still overall satisfied with where things are heading! I am loving the results sp far! I was actually really hesitant on buccal fat removal but looking back at old photos, I'm so happy I got it done. I still have a lot of volume in my cheek afterwards, just not as excessive! For me, I felt like my lower face was heavier than the rest of my face that it distracted from my looks. went down from 166 -> 158 lbs (original post said 164->158 but corrected in comment) Natural bone structure of my cheekbones are naturally high. Opted for just a reduction (for buccal fat).
