    I went to rejuel Clinic in gangnam and had good experience with juvelook eye and mole removal. Im SE asian and I saw the clinic had a few promotions in Thai (e.g. songkran festival ) and they seem to be popular with thai customers, so I think they would be familiar with fitzpatrick IV skin. Their prices are on their website and pretty affordable (especially for juvelook)
