For freckle removal on lips i recommend Renewme Skin Clinic. They are a chain but they are good for removal freckles. Price should be per freckle. Lip freckles might cost a little more but max will prob be like 200,000won and even that is stretching it. Most likely under 100,000won but if there are translator fees or something might be more idk. And just note that depending on the deepness it might take
