Where I'm at now (2 months out): Nose swelling looks basically gone at this point, though I know full tip refinement can take up to a year, so I'm staying patient. The alarplasty scar is still a little red but barely noticeable at this point. The ear donor site is a bit more of a story — it's still slightly bruised and the incision has some discoloration, plus I actually got an ear infection during healing. Treated it with oral and topical antibiotics and it cleared up fine. I might look into lasers down the line just to speed up the fading on both scars, but honestly I'm not bothered by whe
