    The clinic said about 600cc was removed from each arm. (corrected in comment: 600cc from both arms total) Take lots of "before" photos showing your full arms! I regret not having many photos to compare after surgery. VAT refund was about 280000 KRW I think with the vat refund and compression garment, it's probably close to 3 mil won!
