I went to Vands in Hwagok! They have English speaking global clinics, which I also went to. I loved the local Vands and we communicated through translation. My doctor was actually English speaking from UK, and she was absolutely lovely. Global ones will have good pricing, but their lasers are more expensive than local branches. Def recommend Vands.

vands myeong-dong was decent - i feel it's abit pricey for a factory style clinic but english consultant was very nice too, could advice and the doctor was okay (held my friend's hand during potenza and told her it's almost over bc the pain was intense hahaha)
I have pigmentation and redness so looking for a reputable skin clinic in Seoul that offers PicoWay or PicoPlus AND Excel V. A lot of clinics that I have found on Google Map use PicoSure but based on my research, PicoWay/PicoPlus are more superior to PicoSure. Here are the clinics I have found so far that meet my criteria: - Vands - I saw bad reviews on this clinic.

I expected to see a doctor or at least a nurse, but the only option was to speak with aesthetic consultants who were not doctors and did not have any medical qualifications. No proper analysis was explained, and the entire "consultation" felt more like a sales pitch than personalized medical care. They also said they were not "sure" how to treat my eczema, which I assume was because they were not doctors.
The clinic was definitely geared toward foreigners and it was a factory clinic.
I went to VandS in Myeongdong. They were great!!
They do a full skin analysis and then recommend treatments.

It was about $40 for Korean branded tox. They'll do 50 units in each side. I did Korean because I always use allergen or xeomin in the states, and since my body isn't used to Korean tox, it lasts longer.
