in January I got there Ultherapy Prime, Juvelook and Oligio. I did tons of research, as there are so many clinics in Gangnam but I know someone who goes there every 6 months for couple of years now and she never had a bad experience. You could even book your appointment with the head doctor as well.
Personally I absolutely loved the whole experience there and will also go there again when visiting Korea the next time. Before that I was at Factory Clinics but just felt like a number so for me personally I rather spend more money to feel more comfortable during my treatments.
I had some facials at VS Line - so non invasive and found the same as you. There were private areas, good services, and people who could speak good English. It wasn't amazing. But good.

In my case I believe I had the anesthesia for around 45 minutes to an hour!
My flight to South Korea got delayed by 5 hours, so instead of arriving at 1PM for my appointment schedule, I arrived at the clinic by around 6PM. Despite that, the staff were very accommodating and responsive to all my messages and updates on whatsapp.
Definitely VSLine or LV for anything related to skinboosters (there's risks of vascular occlusion and therefore blindness if the doctor doesn't do it well)

I made an appointment through Instagram and they didn't schedule me during a time with a translator which was a bit difficult. The office is really nice and they aren't pushy but they recommended ultherapy but it was about 1K, which was also more than I wanted to spend or expecting. I didn't do any research on ultherapy so I was a little nervous about it.

I went to VSline clinic last week for botox (forehead, frown lines and eyes), Lala peel and LDM treatment. I paid around what your budget is for all of it and had a great experience! I started with a consultation with a coordinator and translator to decide what treatments i wanted / what they recommended for my concerns. I initially wanted to get more invasive treatments and same types of lasers as you but I've decided it was better to do it in the country I live in, in case I have side effects, need follow up or even several session for them to be effective. Dr at the clinic spoke very good E
