    I'm still far from the final result, but I'm trusting the process. Let's see how it evolves in the next few weeks. Many friends and family members said that I changed a lot after surgery. Most people especially mentioned my nose, and almost everyone liked the result very much, even though it is still visibly swollen. Honestly, even at this stage, I already feel that it looks better than before surgery. I also did not experience skin sagging issues.     And yes it's way cheaper in South Korea. I paid about $14,500 SGD for everything including the meds and hospital stay If I did it in my country (Singapore), I would be paying at least $70,000 SGD for everything. I had an open rhinoplasty and alarplasty done in 2020 in Singapore which totalled to $11,000 SGD. The reason I did it in Singapore was because it was during Covid so I couldn't travel Nopee for all these pics it's the same nose. I just changed my makeup style! I did get a nose job before but it was in 2020 so it's unrelated to these pics haha I still have them but they're less deep

    I am now week 5 and all of my swelling has subsided. I am yet to see my final results which is around 3 months, however a lot of the fat has reduced which is good. I am looking more like myself again and loving how I look. I really hope not much more goes down but I do know most people do 2-3 sessions. I think I will just see how results go and decide if I need anymore later down the track. I am kind of missing my chubby face - everyone said I look like a baby! It feels good to feel like myself again before the HIFU - I really hope it doesn't go back to the base. I do recommend Saekim for Fat

    There is still some bump on the nose, they said it should go mostly down with swelling, but honestly I don't really mind because I'm happy with the results I will need to check back with them though. I had no complications with scars, significant bruising, etc. For the rhinoplasty they used rib cartilage. For the fat grafts they used inner thigh fat.

    I felt like everything went very smoothly and my healing afterwards has also been very smooth. Besides my eyebrows being more lifted and my eyes looking way more awake, my under eye fat repositioning, and fat transfer didn't fully resolve all the dark under eye circles that I see but it has definitely smoothed out my under eye area. Also had revision arm lipo and bra fat roll lipo, very happy with smooth flat result. Again, I am very happy with the outcomes of my surgery!
