Approximately at least 70% of the fat survives after a month and they last semi-permanently. So I usually inject the 120% of planned fat and usually it becomes 90% in volume in a month. (Because I think a little bit natural form would be much better than over-filled look. But if the patient wants over-filled look, of course I try to inject upto 200% of average.)
