    One thing that did surprise me was how natural the result looks. Neither my boyfriend nor my colleagues realised that I had undergone rhinoplasty after I returned to work. While part of me had hoped for a more noticeable refinement, it also reassured me that the result blends naturally with my facial features and doesn't look obviously "operated."     Final Check-Up: On Day 10, my final check-up included nose disinfection and vacuuming. It was both shocking and embarrassing to see large boogers being pulled out of my nose. Dr. Kim confirmed that everything looked good and addressed my concerns about air pressure on the flight. I was slightly worried about the tip being upturned, as it looked more like a little ball attached to the end rather than blending with the slope of the bridge. However, he reassured me that the upturned appearance would settle as the swelling decreased. Fortunately, I didn't experience much trouble on my flight back
