1 year update (1/2026): Need DES revision + functional rhinoplasty. Overall not happy with the results. Swelling in my eyes resolved ~3 mo post-op. Eyelids still feel heavy and appear droopy, and visually my eyes look mostly the same as pre-op despite having ptosis correction, upper blepharoplasty, and partial fat removal. Main diff is that my right eye now has a double eyelid instead of a monolid, which I'm happy about, but the eyelid skin still droops over in the same way, so the original concern of sagginess is unresolved.
